A database presenting details of urban models in a pre-defined standardised format.
The database is the fruit of a study undertaken under the Inventur (Inventory of urban models) research programme coordinated by Daniel Siret, of the CERMA research centre in Nantes, France. This programme, undertaken within the framework of the CNRS research programme Management of models and know-how - urban applications, which created a survey instrument and a typology of urban models, of all kinds. Describing and Cataloging Computational Models

This site presents a Metadata standard for computer models developed by the National Centre for Geographical Information and Analysis in the USA. It is known as the Content Standard for Computation Models (CSCM) and was developed for the purpose of the incorporation of computer models into digital libraries. LIBERGEO Research Group

The Modelling Group (Groupe Modélisation) is a part of the French research council (CNRS) funded LiberGEO research group. It provides an arena for the scientific exchange and cooperation on the theme of spatial modelling.
The group is founded on the principle that as long as intellectual property rights with respect to models are respected, all research benefits as much from exchanges about the concepts and hypotheses as from the exchange of algorithms and software.
